By using Vibes Music, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the application.
You agree to use Vibes Music in compliance with applicable laws and not to abuse the relay service, flood network endpoints, or attempt unauthorized tampering with application binaries or backend infrastructure.
Chat messages and Google Drive backups are encrypted client-side. The recovery key is stored in your device's platform secure storage. If you lose your recovery key, Vibes Music developers cannot decrypt or restore your encrypted backup files.
Cloud backup functionality utilizes your personal Google Drive storage via the official Google Drive API. Your usage of Google Drive is additionally subject to Google's Terms of Service and storage policies.
Vibes Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty. The developers are not liable for data loss arising from device loss, recovery key misplacement, or third-party cloud service outages.
